Unreal Engine Developer

We are building a AAA-style Unreal Engine 5 project focused on scalable gameplay systems and multi-platform delivery (PC, PS5, Xbox, Switch 2).

This role will take ownership of gameplay architecture, enabling a Blueprint-driven workflow for designers while maintaining performance and scalability through C++.

✅Responsibilities:

  • Architect gameplay systems using C++ + Blueprint hybrid approach

  • Implement and extend systems using Gameplay Ability System (GAS)

  • Define what belongs in C++ vs Blueprint

  • Enable designers through Blueprint-exposed systems

  • Ensure performance and scalability across platforms

  • Lead Blueprint, code quality, and system consistency

✅Requirements:

  • 5+ years in gameplay programming

  • Strong experience with Unreal Engine 4/5

  • Proven experience with GAS

  • Deep understanding of Blueprint + C++ integration

✅Nice to Have:

  • Multiplayer systems

  • Console development experience

  • Experience mentoring teams in Blueprint usage

  • Experience shipping at least one game (AA/AAA preferred)
