Producer (Full‑time, permanent contract)
📍Location: Monterrey, NL, Mexico
✅Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute dev and video game production projects.
- Manage schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients and internal teams.
- Document progress (Peer Log, RAID/decisions log), metrics, and status reports.
- Ensure deliveries are within scope, on time, and on budget.
✅Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in production or project management.
- Knowledge of the development production life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Advanced English (verbal and written communication).
- Strong planning, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and flexible attitude.
✅ Preferred:
- Education in Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
- Creativity, initiative, positive mindset, and ability to adapt quickly.
